I would not recommend Pasha to anyone looking for a reliable or customer-focused vehicle shipping experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pasha. I paid and planned for my vehicle to arrive on May 16, but due to overbooking (which I was never clearly communicated), my car didn't arrive until June 5.

Communication throughout the entire process was virtually nonexistent. I was left completely in the dark unless I did all the legwork to track down answers myself. When I finally got someone to respond, the information provided was vague, unhelpful, and often contradictory. Customer service was not just unresponsive - they were downright hostile and adversarial at times.

There was no accountability or transparency at any point. For the cost of this service, I expected basic professionalism, clear communication, and timely delivery - none of which Pasha delivered.

I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Shipped my vehicle with them. Dropped the vehicle off thoroughly cleaned inside and out per their requirements, Pasha employees inspected the vehicle for any damages for 20 minutes with light wands (not flashlights) looking for damage. There was none and they documented it as such. The vehicle arrived in California and from there, things went downhill. After a couple of days, I was contacted for preferred delivery times, told them and they said they would get a company to ship my vehicle the rest of the way and that this company would contact me. 10 days passed no one contacted me. I called Pasha Hawaii and was told the vehicle was still in California and no company got the vehicle (I booked this shipment well in advance). Later that day I got a call from the driver of a company that my vehicle was going to be delivered the next day (PASHA had no idea where my vehicle was or straight up lied to me). Delivery time was hours after what I was told by the driver. Driver would not give me the keys to my vehicle unless I signed for it and after showing me the damage to the vehicle. The vehicle had damage all over the vehicle on all sides, including glass damage. Scratches and dings to the metal/fiberglass. The shipping company stated they got the vehicle from Pasha with the damage and showed video and pictures in the Pasha yard. I emailed Pasha the link to the video. Got a form letter to file a claim which I filed. Got a form letter response and then a denial. Pasha claims the damage is normal wear and tear (the vehicle was shipped not used). Pasha claimed zero responsibility for the damage. In a couple of weeks, it took them to ship the vehicle they put all the damage to my vehicle than I did driving my vehicle for months. I got appraisals of $1500 to $2000 to repair. Pasha stated this is normal wear and tear. Pasha also stated they do not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to shipping which is not what I saw. As of writing this review Pasha Hawaii has over 240 reviews of which 145 are 1 star. BBB has numerous complaints for damage to the vehicles many of which Pasha denies responsibility. Do not use them to ship a vehicle unless you want to roll the dice as to whether your vehicle will have damage or not. Completely dishonest company and zero integrity.

Absolute worst car shipping company in the world. I went on their website and ordered service from Hilo Hawaii to Arlington Texas. The websit stated it would be at my destination on the 26th of July. My truck is still not at the destination and it's the 7th of August. I just got off the phone with them and my truck has been sitting in San Diego for 2 weeks. It has not been put on a truck, they have done nothing. Their excuses are as follows, we are short on trucks and trucking companies so your truck is being delayed. Oh well, you should have searched the website and found our schedule and then searched through the schedule to find that it's actually not scheduled to be there until between the 11th of August and 15th of August. That seems odd because on my receipt it says it should be there on the 26th of July. So it's my fault for not searching their website to find some information that is hard to find. Do not under any circumstance ever ship anything with Pasha. 2 weeks of hotel rooms and they seem to think that's okay.

Pasha Hawaii is the worst shipping company we have ever used. It’s been a week now since our truck was supposed to arrive and during this whole time we have been waiting no one can tell us where it is or when it will be arriving. We are in the process of moving from Hawaii across the mainland and are stuck racking up hotel bills while waiting for it to arrive. The company won’t even consider providing any kind of compensation even after we politely explained our situation. Do not use this company if you want your car to arrive on time.
